Corporate culture

According to my opinion the Corporate culture is one of the most important issues. Communication and employees motivation require a system of shared values (Business Ethic, Social responsability, ideals, work practices… ) Companies must to retain the talent and ensure the compromise between company and employees. The organisation should promote the “Feel ” or “sens” of belonging of employees.  Also  they have to enhance the innovation and the creativity by a responsible leadership.
